We also offer experienced staff to assist you with the planning of your event, down to the very finest details. We provide only the most professional service, bar and wait staff that will arrive at your event in black and white. We ensure that our staff will cater to every detail, allowing you to enjoy your event. From set up to clean up, we take care of it all. All servers and bartenders are ProServe licensed.
For sit down dinners, we suggest a ratio of 1 server to 25 guests. For buffet and reception events, we suggest a ratio of 1 server to every 40 guests. We suggest 1 chef per 30 guests for sit-down dinners and 1 chef per 50 guests for buffet dinners. Additional chefs will be required for on-site food prep such as action stations.
A minimum of 2 staff will be required for any staff required event. All staffed events are subject to a 15% service charge on food and beverage sales.

A Certain Flair catering highly values sustainability within our industry and is moving towards the use of compostable and recyclable for our day to day catering. Compostable plates, napkins and cutlery are available for $1.00 per person. We can also supply disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, etc. for a charge of $0.25 per person.
